Peeling
Paint peeling from surface due to lack of adhesion. When primer and top coat (or multiple layer is used, peeling may involve some or all layers)

Possible causes:
  • Leakage in walls or roof
  • Insufficient surface preparation
  • The use of low quality paint
  • Excess moisture from the wall that is not completely dry

  • Solution:
Try to identify the leakage and eliminate the problems. Prepare the surface correctly by scraping of all the old paints using sand paper, clean the surface from dust particles, then let the surface dry completely. Once the surface is prepared, apply primer PERMASEALER® wait 2 hours to dry then apply high quality acrylic latex exterior paint PERMACOAT® for best adhesion and weather protection.
